Here we answer the most common questions

Ansver: No. You always pay AFTER you have received your booked time, this so that you will be 100% satisfied.

Ansver: No. If you already have a booked passport appointment, you can not book a new one. You then need to cancel your already booked time to book a new time.

Ansver: Yes. There is an incredible amount of pressure on passport appointments at the moment, so think about where you could imagine going to apply for the passport. The larger the area and time interval you choose, the greater the chance of finding a suitable time.

Ansver: We are a serious company and process your personal data according to GDPR. We will therefore not use your information for anything other than booking your passport appointment.

Ansver: No. We only book when we have received a request for a passport appointment, not before and we do not vacuum the Police website at times.

Ansver: When your passport appointment is booked and you have received a confirmation from the Police that your passport appointment is booked, we will send out an additional email with payment instructions. You pay into our Swish account.

Ansver: We will send out a separate email with payment instructions some time after you have received your confirmation of your new passport appointment. Sometimes this can take a while. If you have not received such an email, you can always contact us.

Ansver: Unfortunately not. You can only choose a county or a specific passport office to book your passport appointment in.
